AS WE BLOOM IN WORDS

Playlist: Head in the Clouds

“I want to dream. I am so moved by clouds.

They are illuminating of the ephemeral nature of our joys, troubles, and lives.

And how we cycle among phases and ways of being!”

Danny Whitty

Feeling inspired by this issue’s theme of clouds, I created three mini-playlists to go along with different cloudscapes that might pass through your skies. I hope you enjoy, and maybe even share some of the songs you like to listen to during different types of cloudy moods! See below for links to the Spotify playlists for each, as well as the Apple Music and YouTube Music links copied at the bottom (thanks to our friend Angelina for those!).

Note: some songs might have language that might not be suitable for children

Introspective

For those days when the sky is grey and you can take the time to hibernate, snuggling under your warmest blanket and sipping on a hot drink in your favorite mug.

These melodies are for the days we take a moment to cozy up to ourselves and take space to perhaps reflect, create, reminisce, and/or get inspired.
